• Understand the positive and negative interactions between humanitarian and development activities, climate change and the environment
• Consider initial courses of action for themselves and their organization

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Develop a work plan
• Lead the creation of a strategy to reduce their organization's climate and environmental footprint through a participative approach

At the end of the course, participants will be able to understand how to:

• Measure or estimate the main sources of greenhouse gas emissions (carbon footprint) for their organization
• Prioritize and assess the different actions to reduce these emissions

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Recognize that our development and humanitarian actions have environmental consequences
• Choose the right tools to assess how programs affect the environment
• Integrate environmental considerations effectively into the design and implementation of projects and programs

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

•        بناء فهم للتغير المناخي وآثار أزمة المناخ

•        التعرف على أسباب اعتبار تغير المناخ قضية حقوق إنسان، وما هي العدالة المناخية

في نهاية الدورة، سيكون في مقدور المشاركين:

•        فهم التفاعلات الإيجابية والسلبية بين الأنشطة الإنسانية والإنمائية وتغير المناخ والبيئة

•        النظر في الدورات المبدئية للحراك من جانبك ومن جانب منظمتك (الربط مع الدورات الأخرى)

 في ختام هذه الوحدة سيكون في مقدور المشاركين:

• وضع خطة عمل
• قيادة عملية صياغة استراتيجية للحد من البصمة المناخية والبيئية للمنظمة الخاصة بهم من خلال نهج تشاركي 

في نهاية هذه الوحدة سيكون في مقدور المشاركين:

• فهم كيفية قياس أو تقديم المصادر الرئيسية لانبعاثات الغازات الدفيئة (بصمة الكربون) للمنظمة العاملين فيها
• فهم كيفية ترتيب أولوية وتقييم الإجراءات المختلفة للحد من هذه الانبعاثات.

 في نهاية هذه الوحدة سيكون في مقدور المشاركين:

• إدراك أن عملنا الإنمائي والإنساني له عواقب بيئية.
• اختيار أنسب الأدوات لتقييم مدى تأثير البرامج على البيئة.
• دمج الاعتبارات البيئية بفعالية في تصميم وتنفيذ المشروعات والبرامج.

Al final del curso, los participantes podrán:

• Entender qué es el cambio climático y las repercusiones de la crisis climática 
• Entender por qué el cambio climático es una cuestión de derechos humanos y qué es la justicia climática

Al finalizar el curso, los participantes serán capaces de:

• Comprender las interacciones positivas y negativas entre las actividades humanitarias y de desarrollo, el cambio climático y el medio ambiente. 
• Considerar cursos de acción iniciales tanto a nivel personal como organizacional

Al final del módulo, los participantes serán capaces de: 

• desarrollar un plan de trabajo y
• liderar la creación de una estrategia para reducir la huella climática y medioambiental de su organización mediante un enfoque participativo.

Al finalizar el curso, los participantes sabrán:

• cómo medir o estimar las principales fuentes de emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero (huella de carbono) de su organización, y 
• cómo priorizar y evaluar las distintas acciones para reducir estas emisiones.  

Al final del curso, los participantes podrán:

• Reconocer que nuestras acciones humanitarias y de desarrollo tienen consecuencias ambientales; 
• Elegir las herramientas adecuadas para evaluar cómo afectan los programas al medioambiente; 
• Integrar eficazmente las consideraciones ambientales en el diseño y la ejecución de proyectos y programas.
